JEM AND THE HOLOGRAMS
This "Saturday morning cartoon" band has somehow made it into some of the Top 10 favourite vitual/cartoon band lists, which I conclude that the people who make these lists don't research very well or have a memory that spans 5 years maximum.
Of course this was a Toy Company spin off that offered nothing new in style or creativity and somehow managed to run for 65 episodes between 1985 and 88.
Obviously kids don't give a shit what they watch when they're sitting in front off the tv with a bowl of sugar.
